FAQs

The full program typically takes 2–3 months to complete. There may be some variables due to scheduling assessments and meetings.

1

How long is the program?

Is this covered by insurance?

2

Some components may be covered depending on your extended health plan. Many participants also use a Health Spending Account (HSA/HCSA), which can often cover most or all of the program fee. We provide itemized receipts with practitioner credentials to support reimbursement.

How is this different from expensive “longevity clinics”?

3

Outlive Your Life isn’t a clinic selling high-cost therapies or a monthly subscription service. It’s a one-time, structured program built around proven assessments, clinician interpretation, and practical, evidence-based guidance — with built-in 6-month and 12-month follow-ups to track progress and support long-term change. Our goal is to give you clarity, confidence, and a roadmap you can use long after the program is finished.

Is this program only for people over 40?

4

No. Many participants start in their 20s or 30s to get ahead of the curve. We simply see the biggest demand from those 40+ who want to stay active and independent long-term.

Do I need to be fit to start?

5

Absolutely not. Some participants are just getting started and want clarity on where their health stands. Others already exercise, track metrics, and follow nutritional plans but want expert guidance to refine and optimize. We meet you exactly where you are and build from there.

Yes. Many highly active people still have blind spots in areas like metabolic health, recovery, mobility, or long-term risk planning. This program connects performance, health, and longevity into one clear strategy.

Whether you are starting from scratch or fine-tuning an already strong routine, the goal is the same: clarity on what matters most for your long-term health.

Is this program right for me if I’m already very active?

6

Are my results or personal health information shared in group sessions?

7

No. Group sessions are purely educational. Your personal results and health data are reviewed privately during your one-on-one clinician meetings, and you control what (if anything) you want to share.

Do I need to own a smartwatch or fitness wearable to participate?

8

No. We use wearable health data to help us understand sleep, recovery, and daily activity patterns. If you don’t already use a compatible device, we will provide one at no additional cost and help you get set up. It’s simple and straightforward.

Where does your information come from?

9

While we have looked to many longevity experts’ work for inspiration in designing our program, we rely on credible, peer-reviewed data to inform our assessments, recommendations, and interventions.

Is the Outlive Program available remotely or outside the Lower Mainland?

10

The Outlive Your Program is delivered in-person, with meetings held at our Surrey clinic and specialized testing conducted across the Lower Mainland. This structure allows for comprehensive assessment, physical evaluation, and integrated care that cannot be replicated remotely.
